Northwoods Children's Museum

Admission Fee

$6.00 per person - age 1 to 100   (Members free)

We participate in the Association of Children's Museums (ACM) reciprocal membership program.  We are happy to receive guests from other participating museums!  Please double check your ACM membership card prior to your visit.  To receive a courtesy ACM admission to the Northwoods Children's Museum, your valid ACM card must be presented at the front counter on admission.  We will also ask for identification.

If you do not have your card, you may prearrange for your home museum to fax proof of your membership to us at (715) 479-3289 prior to your museum visit.  We may verify that the home museum is, in fact, a museum by contacting them after receiving their fax.

We do not accept phone calls or other "proof" of reciprocal membership.  Courtesy admission may partially or completely denied for any of the following reasons;
- You do not have your card (and have not prearranged to have verification faxed from your home museum prior to your Northwoods Children's Museum visit),
- You do not have ID or if your ID does not match the person listed as the card holder,
- Your card is expired,
- Your card does not have an ACM Sticker or Logo on it,
- Your card does not have sufficient information to verify it belongs to you, OR
- Your card does not identify the individuals covered under the membership, or specifies an excessive number of guests to be admitted.

We may limit the number of admissions under your card if the card does not explicitly list the names of the people covered under the card.  If the card does not have the name of at least one person who can be verified as being present, we may refuse to admit anyone under the card. 

If we are unable to offer you a courtesy admission, we will gladly provide you with a receipt indicating the reason your card was not honored.

ACM is the only reciprocal admission program we honor.
